Máté worked as a consultant in the energy industry, managing various innovative projects across different market segments.

Prior to this role, Máté worked at Schneider Electric Global Solutions, Global Data Operations. Máté obtained a BA in Sports management at University of Physical Education and an MSc degree in Management and Leadership at Corvinus University of Budapest. He also earned a PhD degree at Corvinus University of Budapest. His PhD dissertation was focused on disruptive energy innovations and change management in the energy sector.
